My Story

About Me:
With a solid foundation in Strength Training & Athletic Application and a relentless pursuit of knowledge, I've honed my craft as a coach dedicated to delivering results-driven and science-backed training methodologies. I played 2 seasons of NCAA Division III football at Wisconsin Lutheran College and was able to try out for the IFL & CFL professional leagues.

As the owner of MR FITNESS, I've cultivated a space where fitness isn't just a routine—it's a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. At MR FITNESS, we believe in the seamless integration of science, passion, and personalized coaching to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Coaching Legacy:
Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of coaching over 100 athletes ranging from youth to collegiate levels. Witnessing their growth, both physically and mentally, has been a true highlight of my career.

Impactful 1 on 1 Coaching:
Beyond the playing field, I've had the incredible opportunity to guide and inspire 75+ everyday individuals through personalized 1 on 1 coaching. Together, we've not only transformed bodies but ignited positive change in lives.
